Dermal fillers

Dermal fillers help to diminish facial lines and restore volume and fullness in the face. As we age, our faces naturally lose subcutaneous fat. The facial muscles are then working closer to the skin surface, so smile lines and crow's feet become more apparent.

The facial skin also stretches a bit, adding to this loss of facial volume. Other factors that affect the facial skin include sun exposure, heredity and lifestyle.

What dermal fillers can do

  • Plump thin lips

  • Enhance shallow contours

  • Soften facial creases and wrinkles

  • Improve the appearance of recessed scars

  • Reconstruct contour deformities in the face

  • Decrease or remove the shadow of the lower lids

You Beauty Salon and Clinic dermal filler prices:

  • Lip filler 0.5ml = £135

  • Lip filler 1ml = 200

  • Cheek filler starting at £200

  • Marionette lines £200

On average treatments last three to six months but this cannot be guaranteed, some people may need top ups sooner. Numbing cream can used if requested in advance as this requires a longer appointment time in order for the numbing cream to take effect.

Wrinkle relaxation injections

What are wrinkle relaxing injections?

Wrinkle relaxing injections are an aesthetic treatment mainly used on the upper face. As the name suggests, they can relax wrinkles, giving the skin a smoother, more youthful appearance.

You Beauty Salon and Clinic’s trained technician will use a tiny, fine needle to inject a small amount of a substance into your face. A common brand name for this substance is Botox, at You Beauty Salon and Clinic we use Bocouture and Azzalure.

The substance in the wrinkle relaxation injection blocks the signals between your nerves and your muscles. Because the signal is blocked, your muscles can’t contract. They become relaxed. This helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and lines on your face in this area.

Wrinkles and lines are caused by repetitive contraction of muscles in your face over time. So relaxing muscles in the area affected reduces their appearance. The wrinkle relaxation treatment also slows the progression of wrinkles and lines. While the injected substance is active, the wrinkles in the treated area do not get any worse as the muscles stay relaxed.

1 area = £150
2 areas = £190
3 areas = £220

Please make sure that if you are booking an appointment for wrinkle relaxation and you are a new customer then you must have had a consultation prior to your appointment.

If you are a returning customer of You Beauty Salon and Clinic please make sure that you are not returning sooner than 3 months, this is a legal requirement. The consultation and two week review is included in your treatment price.

Please note we typically don’t treat the forehead as one area. If you are wanting this area done then we would treat the glabella area too, as treating just the frontal muscle (forehead lines) without treating the glabella (vertical lines in between the eyebrows) can cause a heavy brow.
